Project Description

The Multifunctional Soldering Station combines a soldering iron and hot air rework tool in one housing. Both functions are independently controllable, with a digital user interface for temperature and airflow settings.

The electronics are built around a custom-designed PCB, developed in KiCad, with accompanying firmware written in C++. Sensor feedback controls temperature and safety, while the housing – designed in SolidWorks – is partly constructed from 3D-printed components and wood.

This project is designed for professional and hobby use in PCB assembly, repairs and embedded prototyping. A reliable alternative to commercial stations, fully realized in-house.
