Engineer and founder of IMeTech Engineering, based in Aalten. BSc Mechatronics from Saxion University, hands-on experience at R2R Engineering, and MSc in Engineering Systems from HAN. I help businesses in the Achterhoek turn technical challenges into working solutions.

Flat skylight control
Energy-efficient control board that opens and closes flat skylights, with automatic rain and battery protection.
- Challenge
- The existing controller consumed too much power for solar applications.
- Approach
- One uniform design built around an STM32 for both mains-powered and battery-driven installations, with a rain sensor, battery monitoring and per-channel current sensing.
- Result
- A compact, energy-efficient controller that works reliably in the field and is straightforward to install and maintain.

Which disciplines does IMeTech cover?
Software (embedded & PLC), electronics & PCB design, mechanical design and CAD, data science / machine learning and complete product development — one point of contact for the full picture, from idea to prototype.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Many projects run partly or fully remote via video calls, email and shared documentation. I work with clients across the Netherlands and Belgium. On-site visits are possible by appointment when needed. IMeTech Engineering is based in Aalten, Achterhoek.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, the discovery call is always free and non-binding: about half an hour, online or on site by appointment. We discuss your technical challenge, possible approach and timeline. Only after that you may receive a quote — with no obligations.
What do I need for a quote?
A short description of your goal, any drawings or specifications, and desired timeline. No perfect dossier needed — a sketch or idea is enough to get started. After the first call you receive a quote per phase, or we agree on time-and-materials (hourly rate), whichever suits the project.
